There’s a trip to suit everyone - for families with children to more challenging bucket-list adventures for couples, friends, or solo travelers. We focus on creating adventures of a lifetime and take care of every detail so your clients can sit back, relax, and have the time of their lives.
We also bring that same level of service to our travel advisors. Read on to find out how!
We strive to assist Travel Advisors every step of the way, from assistance with sales inquiries to ensuring your client is prepared for their upcoming trip, we want to make sure selling Active Adventures & Austin Adventures products is seamless and gratifying. Here are some of the tools we provide to Travel Advisors who are registered with us.
Active Adventures & Austin Adventures have designated a Point of Contact whose responsibility is to support with Travel Advisor requests. Your POC is also backed by the Active Adventures & Austin Adventures sales and customer service teams who are available to service inquiries that embolden you to close the sales. Once a booking has been confirmed with us, we’ll introduce our customer support team who will lead you through the post-booking process to ensure your client is prepared for their trip with us.
We have an online library of training videos and webinars that are aimed at familiarising you with our products so that you are polished and knowledgeable with all the details you need to confidently sell your clients on the right adventure. Furthermore, we’re happy to provide tailored in-house trainings to educate you and/or your agency on how to sell our products and where to find more information about each itinerary.
Our Marketing team has images, ads, and video available to help you promote trips and destinations through your own website, social platforms, and email marketing. We encourage all Travel Advisors to join our Active Adventures + Austin Adventures Travel Advisors Facebook group for updates regarding upcoming promotions, new products and other company updates. We’ve designed a comprehensive product catalogue for each of our brands that are perfect to keep on hand for quick reference or to display in your agency.
Should your client call us directly to book another adventure, we’ll pay you a commission for their booking. Our only requirements are that the client approves in writing and that you take over the reservation within 30 days of the guest’s date of deposit.
If you are already working with us, you are already familiar with how we work. We encourage you to share our information with your colleagues and other industry professionals. If you would like to schedule a training or have another inquiry, please reach out by emailing us at info@activeadventures.com. If you are looking for access to your Travel Wallet to manage a client booking please use the following link: Active Adventures & Austin Adventures Travel Wallet.
By paying in full we are able to pass on savings to our guests, but please note that by opting for this payment plan, your booking becomes non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable. This offer is only valid for reservations where the trip is no sooner than 180 days from the departure date at time of booking.
We highly recommend that you purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance. We recommend Redpoint Insurance - you can find details here.

You'll typically experience two half day activities per day, done at an easygoing pace.
Activity Level 2
Hikes on our Level 2 adventures are considered easy to moderate in difficulty.
Those who enjoy half-day hikes with enough elevation gain to elevate their heart rate will enjoy these adventures.
Activity Level 3
Those who take on our Level 3 tours are looking for more challenging hikes that will raise their heart rate.
While not our most strenuous trips, you'll definitely feel accomplished after a day on the trails. A solid base of fitness is advised.
Activity Level 4
Be prepared for some serious physical activity on our Level 4 trips. The fitter you are, the more you'll enjoy it, as most hikes will be challenging.
Hikes may include rock scrambling, river crossings, and off trail adventures.
Activity Level 5
On our Level 5 trips get ready to conquer back-to-back days of long hikes or summitting peaks at altitude.
We require a high level of fitness as adventurers will be met with plenty of challenges and sometimes extreme conditions.
You’ll be inspired and exhilarated, enjoying mind-blowing scenery on foot, in a sea kayak, or by bike - all at your own pace.

We could hang around all day telling you how wonderful our trips are... but the best people to hear it from are our guests themselves.
