Meet Dimitris - a Greece Adventure Guide

Born in Chania, Crete, Dimitris grew up surrounded by landscapes where history and nature sit side by side. Ancient stories, mountain paths, sea air, and rugged coastlines have all shaped the way he sees Greece, and the way he loves to share it.

After first studying to become a product design engineer, Dimitris chose to follow the pull of the outdoors. For nearly two decades, he’s volunteered with environmental organizations and the Alpine Club of Athens, building a deep respect for the wild places he guides through.

As a certified hiking guide, Dimitris brings nine years of experience leading mountain trekking, cycling, and sea kayaking adventures across Greece. He’s also a certified wine tasting guide, adding another layer of local flavor to the journey.

What he loves most is connecting the trail beneath your feet with the stories that shaped it, especially the links between Greek mythology and the real places you’ll explore along the way.
