Flexible Deposit
If for any reason you can’t travel on the trip you’ve booked, just let us know no later than 90 days (180 days for Africa and Himalayas trips) before your departure. We’ll hold on to your deposit as a credit for you to use towards the balance of your next trip for up to 24 months, so you can be sure your travel funds are in safe hands.
Change Your Trip
We understand plans change. So to transfer your deposit to another trip, just let us know no later than 90 days (180 days for Africa and Himalayas trips) before your trip and we'll take care of the rest.
Refund for Cancelled Trips
Already paid off your trip and can’t travel? No worries! Just let us know no later than 90 days (180 days for Africa and Himalayas trips) before your trip you'd like to cancel and we’ll provide a refund less your transferrable deposit, which can be used towards the balance of your next trip.

Active Assurance
We understand your plans can change, and that’s why we have Active Assurance available to provide extra peace of mind. At the time of booking you can opt to purchase Active Assurance which allows you to cancel your trip without worry up to 61 days before departure. This flexibility offers confidence in your decision, allowing you to change your plans if needed.
Active Assurance - the details
- Purchasing ‘Active Assurance’ at $499 USD* per person gives you the option to cancel any time up to 61 days before your scheduled trip departure, and receive a full refund (less the cost of Active Assurance).
- Active Assurance can only be purchased at the time of booking, is non-refundable, and must be purchased for all guests on a booking.
- Active Assurance cannot be purchased for bookings using Pay In Full - non-refundable rates or any other promotions offering non-refundable rates.
