Welcome to Active Adventures - we’re delighted to have you here! We’re based in New Zealand and run amazing adventure vacations in a small selection of places – New Zealand, Peru, Patagonia, Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands and the wonderful Himalayas.
For over 17 years we’ve been sharing our favourite places with people just like you. People who appreciate being treated as a welcome guest and not a number, people who love hiking trips and the outdoors, have a passion for travel and have a bucket list of exciting adventure vacations as long as their arm. Our trips are not your average tour packages!
Together we’ll hike, bike and paddle on active trips amongst spectacular scenery, stay in unique places, and challenge ourselves a little or a lot, depending on the mood and plan for the day. Whether you’ve taken many hiking trips and adventures already, or you’re tying up your laces for the first time, we’ve got an adventure waiting for you.
